This Strawberry Pizza Rocks!

Last Saturday, some of our family went to my daughter, Traci’s, for a fun day together.  For lunch, Traci served BLT’s and chips and I brought watermelon and Strawberry Pizza! The strawberry pizza was gone in minutes. Try this recipe before summer is over – you’re gonna love it! It’s quick and easy to make!

STEP 2.  Ingredients: 8-oz package of cream cheese, 1 cup of Confectioner’s Sugar, 8-oz Cool-Whip.  Mix the cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar together with mixer.

  1. Mom,
This pizza does rock! I couldn't get enough of it! Thanks for bringing it. The boys keep asking me to make some for just us. Maybe we could do it on "family night".
    Love you,
    Traci

  11. Yes, I bake the cookie dough crust for 10 minutes. Thanks for asking. I had that stated in the blog above the picture. (maybe I should have put that info under the picture...sorry.) It is a very tasty crust. Hope you enjoy it! Blessings, Wanda
